Core Training Made Fun

I saw the above video and tried it with the team today. I think it went well. We started with 20 hits for control, and after the 20th hit, they tried to score on each other. We played best two out of three, and then switched partners. Everyone played three three series. Based on their smiles as they played, they enjoyed it, and I think they worked pretty hard. Definitely better than a one-minute plank.
